1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to websites, games and related services operated under Orchard Interactive, including FRONTLINE VR (the "Services"). By using a Service, you agree to follow these Terms and the rules of the platform through which you access it.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age requirements of the relevant platform and your local laws. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, it must be obtained before using the Service.
3. Accounts and platform access
Some features may depend on third-party platform accounts or services. You are responsible for keeping your own accounts secure and for complying with the terms of Meta, Steam, Discord or any other platform you use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass others, disrupt online services, impersonate another person, distribute malicious software, interfere with security systems, or attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts or data.
5. Testing and pre-release builds
Alpha, beta and other pre-release builds may contain bugs, incomplete features, balance changes, resets, downtime or loss of progress. Features, items, progression and availability may change or be removed before release. Access to testing may be limited or revoked where necessary to protect the test environment or community.
6. Virtual items and progression
Unless otherwise stated by an applicable storefront or separate purchase agreement, virtual items, currencies, progression and unlocks are licensed for use within the Service and do not represent real-world property or guaranteed permanent access. Pre-release wipes or resets may occur during development.
7. Purchases and refunds
Where purchases are offered, pricing, billing, taxes and refunds are generally handled by the storefront or payment provider used for the transaction. Their rules may apply in addition to these Terms, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
Orchard Interactive and its licensors retain rights in the Services, including software, artwork, game content, logos, names and other materials. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended; they do not transfer ownership of Orchard Interactive intellectual property.
9. User feedback and content
If you voluntarily provide bug reports, suggestions or feedback, Orchard Interactive may use that feedback to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you. Content shared through third-party community platforms is also subject to those platforms' rules.
10. Service changes
The Services may be updated, suspended or changed as development continues. Online features can be affected by maintenance, outages, platform changes or third-party providers. Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate major changes where practical.
11. Safety
VR users should follow headset manufacturer safety guidance, maintain a clear play space and stop using VR if they feel unwell or disoriented.
12. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pre-release Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may contain errors or interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, platform rules, security requirements or community standards. Where applicable, enforcement may include removal from testing programs or online services.
14. Privacy
Use of the Services is also subject to the Orchard Interactive Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Services develop or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Orchard Interactive support page.
